Hello from Bulgaria <3
Heyy all!
So I will try and keep things short as I can.
I am from Bulgaria from city called Varna I am 15 and love to lucid dream, go out with frineds and going to the beach.
By now I have 6 lucid dreams not all of them are posted here. I tend to remmember my dreasm with a lot of vividnes and acurassy.
My little problem is that I have big delays between my lucid dreams. Like I would have a lucid dream and I would have my next one in 2 weeks or next month. I dont thing reality checks are helping me because I always forget to do one in real life and even in a dream. So every time I atain lucidity I just know it and feel it. I tend to eat a lot of fruits and nuts and I have heared that it helps.
So is there any way I can lucid dream more often. I am open for everything!
Thanks!

:welcome: to Dreamviews!
I have been to Varna and Black Sea. Just thought you should know, haha.
Ok, so, first, congrats to your lucids.
Second, it's a common misconception about RC. It's easy to think that if you don't do them in your dream, that they are not working. When in fact they are working. Because it's not the RC by itself that gets us lucid. It's the intent and questioning of reality when we RC during day that will start happening in our dreams and get us lucid.
So even if you get lucid "without" doing RC in a dream, it's the awareness and everything else associated with RC that got you lucid.
I strongly recommend to keep RCing. From the beginning, until you get used to doing them, you can use some reminder. Like a sticky note, alarm on your watch, or anything else that will remind you to RC.
Now that you know how to have lucid dream, all you need is some more persistent practice to get them more often. Good luck and ask if you have any questions.

Welcome, chance7hope!
Listen to Gab, she knows what she's talking about.
I have mastered lucid dreaming (reached the level of inducing 4-5 lucid dreams every night)
My secret is the dream chaining technique (it is so simple and effective).
Follow these steps:
1- when your lucid dream is about to fade, dream spin rapidly (spin around like a small child)
2- once the dream sensations have completely ended, remain completely still with eyes closed
3- you may find yourself re-entering another lucid dream (a DEILD)
4- Repeat steps 1 to 3 again until the chain has finished
Using the dream chaining technique, I can induce 5 or more lucid dreams a night.
