Newbie from Germany :)
Hi :)
My name is Theresa, I'm 15 years old and a female lucid dreamer from Germany. I started learning to lucid dream in februrary and now I have 1 to 3 lucid dreams per week :) Moreover I am already a member of the german lucid dream community klartraumforum.de . Today I decided to log in here too, because I hope to get maybe new contacts and to learn more about lucid dreams and techniques of people living in other countries.
See you! :)
P.S.: I know my english isn't the best, I'm sorry :cheeky:

Well, sounds like you are doing really good then! Welcome to DV Theresa!
Sure hope you find interesting things here in the forum, also your English is alright.
AND if I may ask, which technique do you use for induction?
-
Thanks :) I have my own technique, its a little bit like iwild/wild :hrm:
-
Oh nice! So you are a WILDer.
I actually like the own technique part, IMO that is what everyone should go for, a version of a technique fit for themselves, ie their own variant. I mean, we all dream differently so to me the idea of following a step-by-step guide is kind of impossible.
-
Yes I think so too :) step by step guides can be a good beginning, but they are often to detailed. For some people it seems like you haven't got the option to change something.

Hey Theresa!
Welcome and great that you found your way onto here :)
Nice too see some other german folks arround here..
1-3 LDs per week is awesome, keep up the good work!
-
Thank you :) yes I will! :)
-
Welcome to DV!
I just recently started LDing as well, so I haven't gotten to the point where I can have 1-3 per week yet. I'm lucky for 2 a month at this point.
And don't worry, your English is way better than my German is! Ich habe seit April nicht so viel Deutsch gesprochen, außer mit Zukin. That sentence took me way longer than it should have to type :/ And I'm not even sure it's totally right lol

I was just happy to learn the word "klartraum" from the OP's post. From hanging out this forum, I've already learned the words for lucid dreaming in both German and Chinese! Actually, given how international DV's members are, wouldn't it be great if we had a sticky post that just listed the translations of "lucid dreaming" in as many languages as people can contribute?
-
Thanks KestrelKat :) i think german could be very difficult for strangers maybe as difficult as french for me  :D verre thats a good idea :)

Hey Cookie, Schön dich hier zu treffen. Allerdings bin ich nur ganz selten im DV, eher im KTF.
Liebe Grüße

Wir sehen uns...

Hopefully you enjoy it here. c:
