Lucid Garden Gnome

Hello,

My name is Andreas, a 40 year old gardener living in Stockholm, Sweden. I have been interested in Lucid Dreaming for about 4-5 months. Atleast that's when I started keeping a Dream log. Since then I have had 8 Lucid Dreams, 5 MILDs and 3 WILDs (I think. Waking up briefly in the morning and while concentrating and focusing – slowly gliding into lucid dreams? -WILD?).

The WILDs was during my vacation, when I had the luxury of sleeping in every now and then. Unfortunately it's hard for me to do that normaly with fulltime job, two wonderful kids, and a waaaay too small apartment...

The last month I haven't really had any time to focus on my dreaming. I really missed it, so one day at work I tried to search for podcasts on Lucid Dreaming. I discovered this site after listening to the Dreamviews podcast.

I will now focus more on Lucid Dreaming, and double my efforts. :)

It sounds like you've made great progress so far, congrats! That sounds like a WILD to me, going from a waking state straight into a lucid dream.

Congrats on the lucid dreams. I like the MILD and WILD approach you're doing, similar to what I'll be focusing on when I get back into the swing of it.
