Hi, I'm Efthemia and I'm 13. I've been practicing LDing for about 2 months now and have had 8 successful LDs. I'm focusing more on my dream recall which I am glad to say has greatly improved though I have been slacking. I'm still new so if you have any advice I would love to hear it.

Keep up with your Dream journal and do plenty of reality checks, that will boost you massively :)
