Hello Everyone!
Hi, my name is Tyler but you can call me by my artist name KoolBreeze5 (pronounced KoolBreezes). I'm pretty easy to find with a simple Google search :D. Anyway, I produce music at my own label, make amateur wedding videos, run a forum of my very own, and I have a strong interest in car audio. Especially car audio, so if anyone really needs help with getting loud, I'm your go-to guy :D.
I've always been interested in lucid dreaming, but I've never been successful at doing so. I have lucid dreamt before but those were mainly nightmares from when I was a kid like 7 years ago. I loved how real it felt, and I've always wanted to have a pleasant lucid dreaming experience unlike my childhood ones. So I tried for awhile but I quit about 5 months ago. Since I want to try again, I started picking apart why I don't have lucid dreams to begin with. I think it is because I have a pretty jacked up sleep schedule due too me being a night owl. I heard somewhere that meditating helps, so I'm trying that as well. I already meditate, but I don't think I'm doing enough by doing 2 days a week for 5 minutes. So my goal is to meditate for 10 minutes everyday then later up that to about 20 minutes.
I'll definitely be reading around here and seeing what tips I can pick up!

Welcome to Dream Views. We can help you, fore sure.
Meditation in general is good, but some are more useful than others. Click the link in my sig, and it will take you to stuff on dream yoga. You may find that interesting.

Hey KoolBreeze5, thanks for sharing a bit about yourself!
You sound very passionate about your interests; that kind of enthusiasm will come in handy in lucid dream induction! Just thinking about lucid dreaming more often can increase your chances of becoming lucid, so exploring DreamViews is a great place to start!
Good luck with your meditation goals, and I wish you success in your lucid endeavours. :)
