Hello and welcome! glad to hear you have already been thinking about it and getting started. there are plenty of good guides here to read up on and study. there are plenty of methods and it is all about what you think will work well for you, but you can always try and experiment with whatever sounds interesting! some things i would have never tried when i started i am trying now and have been very good to me so far. this is a great community here, very supportive. good luck with your training!

Welcome to the forums! Be sure to start writing down your dreams every day, and you'll notice your overall recall improve. That's usually a best first step, before you start working on improving your awareness and inducing lucidity.

Anyway, enjoy your stay, and let us know if you have any questions!
