Hello Everyone!

Hello everyone my name is Alex, I am 22 years old. I've been paying attention to my dreams for about 2.5 years now, a little on and off. Lately I've been getting some vivid and lucid dreams. I'm starting to accomplish some of my goals, for example I summoned fire, and used telekinesis. Right now I'm trying to figure out how to summon specific dream characters.

My favorite method for getting lucid is via reality checks, I use the nose plug technique, also I take Ginkgo Biloba, listening to Isochronic tones, and I've started a mediation which I think has been helping me as of late.

I decided join Dreamviews because I think it will help me stay motivated, and also connect with other dreamers.

How well does gingko biloba work for you? I've never tried it, do you take it before bed?

I like to meditate as well, I find it super helpful for becoming lucid more often and for being more peaceful in waking life. :content:

Gingko works really well for me, without it my dreams are kind of foggy, but when I take it, the vividness is much like real life. If I go a streak where it isn't effective, I take a few day break from taking it.

Yeah I just started mediating, I'm still trying to keep my mind clear lol

And yes, I plan to post my interesting and weird dreams on here.

Yeah, I will definitely give you a PM if I need more help summoning Dream characters. I had the opportunity today, I found a phone and told the character to teleport here, but it was at the end of my dream. Another one I tried using a mirror as a portal to see my character but she was lifeless and just laying there lol.

Wow, those are some super creative ways to try to summon. It sounds like you're a pretty awesome dreamer, I bet you'll have no problem summoning whoever you want soon enough. :santa:
