help!
hey. so ive been "trying" to lucid dream since sep'14. ive tried MILD,WILD,FILD,DILD, and all kinds of other stuff. also i sleep with my parents so i cant write down my dreams in the middle of the night, moreover, i dont usually wake up after a dream, or even if i do, im quite unconcious. so my dream recall is pretty bad. but i remember my dreams perfectly if i wake up after a dream conciously though. ive never had a success in inducing an LD but sometimes i just happen to become lucid, but thats very rare. but, for the past few weeks, ive been waking up early to study and i go back to sleep after like 1.5-2 hrs. at that time, i get some dreams. if i wake up from a dream, i just stay still to go back to sleep. when i do so, after about 10 mins, by body feels vibrations. so i wait for sometime and do an RC(pinching nose) and it works. but when i open my eyes at that time, i just wake up into the real world. so any help plss!

:welcome: to Dreamviews!
Are you sure when you open your eyes, you are in waking world?
I would recommend a motionless RC instead of nose plug at the time of vibrations. You could very well be either already asleep, or on the verge. In that case moving may interupt the process.
Stand up from bed, or roll out. The trick is not to use your muscles, only your mental command to get up. That way you will move your dream body.
If your body doesn't respond to your mental command, it means you are probably not in a dream. With this motionless RC you will not ruin your attempt.
You can also try to wave your arm in front of you. Same thing - use your mental power only.
You can practice this during day. Lay down, and give your arm, or your body command to move. Like rolling out of the bed. Don't use any muscles, only imagine the movement they would make. Then do this when you think you could be in a dream, or even if you don't think that. You may get a surprise.
Please check out the RCs here.
I'm not sure if you have read our tutorials. If not, you could do that, since they may be quite different from tutorials found on other sites.

Have you ever done a RC after pitching your nose and waking up in the real world? False awakenings can be very real!
