Good Results

The other night i said to myself before i went to bed "i am going to wake up at 4 in the morning" so i could try WILD. I set my alarm for 4 oclock and i just woke up before the alarm went off! i was really chuffed then i did WILD and had a lucid dream! it was really effective saying that before i went to bed. the power of suggestion or something lol

Nice job! Some humans seem to have the ability to wake up on demand (myself included) quite a usefull tool, because I find when I demand myself to wake up, I am more relaxed and rejuvinated. Good luck with further explorations into your mind ;)
