Hi, I have been messing around with lucid dreaming and meditation since the nineties, usually resulting in the occassional lucid dream. The last few years have been hell for my sleeping pattern, young children with medical conditions that wake them through the night. After a bit of incubation and waking mindfulness I had the first lucid dream I have been able to recall for ages. I am really enjoying Daniel Love's book and downloaded a neat app, ya gotta love the 21st century, lol.
Welcome to Dream Views! I'm quite new myself but I've been lurking around here for a while. Theres a lot of knowledge here in the forum and I hope you'll learn a lot about lucid dreaming!
