Hello, everyone!

I joined DV's to get some help. I've never really bothered with dreams, until I found out I'm apparently different?

I've always had social anxiety. I'm a person who'd stay at home each weekend, instead of going out with friends. The one who'd look up random things just to learn about it. The one who'd watch anime religiously. Does this make me a geek? I guess so.

Well, this lead me to realize, hey, I don't have many talents, or hobbies! Besides school, and marching band, I'm virtually nothing. I thought long and hard for awhile. 12 hours a day, I'd find stuff to do, then sleep. Doing that everyday.. Get's so old.

I've been able to make up these detailed fantasies in my dream state since I could remember. I could control everything.. For once, hey, I can actually be a hero! I can be who I want to be! Wow! One day I decided to dream about being in my favorite anime, Hetalia, and interacting with the characters. Did it work? Yep! My whole dreamworld changed. It's kind of like an art style. Dreams can be realistic, or cartoonish..

I'm talking away, aren't I? My main point is, I've always thought people could dream like myself. Be aware they're in the dream world, and create the perfect scenario. But of course, I dream the "normal" dreams as well. Usually when I'm sick or reaaaally tired, I just let my dreams come naturally. Sometimes when I don't feel like lucid dreaming, I let normal dreams take over, as well.

So, I'm glad to be here! I hope to learn more about dreams. :)

Hey geek! XD I like anime too! Actually seems like a lot of ppl here do, one of my friends on the chat said her favorite was Hetalia but I never watched that one before

Sounds like you're really good at LDing and Dream control *_____* I wish I was that good. What's your favorite way to get lucid?
