I am new here. I joined a couple of days ago... I started to record my dreams when I started (oh I don't know maybe 2-3 days ago) and already I am having a much easier time remembering all of the dreams I have. I was amazed at how fast it was happening. Hoping to have my first LD shortly.
Hi Gumby .. you are in the right place , at the right time .. i think this forum is wonderful.. here is full with information about Lucid Dreaming..im for a short time here too .. but my interest become bigger and bigger .. continue with the Dream Journal and soon you will get your 1st LD. Im waiting for this too :wink: :wink:
Welcome to DV, you guys :D Recall is an easy thing to build if you put some effort into it. Just don't get frustrated if your first LD doesn't come immediately because each person is different. You may have one tonight or not have one for a couple of weeks. Just stick to it and it will happen!
