Getting Back Into It!
Hi all,
Former big lucid dreamer here. I completely went cold turkey with lucid dreaming a couple years back after many years of practicing, but I'm looking to get back into it. I've become a big EPL fan which requires me to wake up on the weekends at 7:30 am on the east coast and 5:30 when I'm on the west coast (go canaries!). I usually take a quick nap during halftime of the first game making me easily susceptible to lucid dreaming no matter how hard I try to abstain. I found something deep during my research that made me stop (no longer sure what it was), but now I feel comfortable to continue practicing. I have noticed I can stay in the dreams much longer (because I act like a teenager rolling their eyes at their parents and don't care if I awake or not), but I can barely summon anything. I have a lot of catch-up to do. Look forward to learning from members here.

Welcome back, Spunk! :)
Naps are a great time for practicing lding and it seems you are a natural. Great thing you decided to resume your activities. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
See you around!
