      Hi everyone from a LDer who has found a great forum :D

      Hi guys (and hopefully girls), I'm new here and I'd like to introduce myself. I'm a 18yo student from Italy and I've had several experiences with lucid dreams and sleep paralisys time ago, then stopped for a while ('cause of school and other distractions) and now I'm back for restarting my LD practice, hopefully to have great new experiences and to improve my technique. I'm glad to have found this great community, perfect for sharing opinions, suggestions and each other's experiences. So again hi to everyone and hope to post soon something interesting!
