Hello!! Is there a good product for lucid dreams?

I am new, very very new. and i am wondering if theres a good device to help with lucid dreaming. it could help alot?

No, experience and training are the best things. Sorry, just my opinion. Welcome to DV! We will help you learn the steps and over come the problems, but it is not quick or easy.

Then where do I start!

Start by reading through the following pages. They should give you a good idea of how most people learn to have lucid dreams.You will hear about a method called WILD but hold off on that for a few months. It will just distract you at the moment. After you have read all these pages, explore the forum, try starting a new thread to ask a question that may have come up in your reading. Watch for members with green stars called Dream Guides. They are specifically here to help beginners and spread general advice on what you may want to do next. Keep very light hearted about this and plan on it being a long term hobby. Many many members wait 3 months or more before they get much progress. Remember it is a hobby for the rest of your life, and not a quick thing. In the end you get to experience intense virtual reality! So it is worth the effort. Have fun.

Some good ones. Sorry that we are always linking around here, but you are going to need to learn a lot when starting a new hobby. :P I recommend checking out Exploring the World of Lucid Dreams by Stephen LaBerge, it is a great book and it gave me my first lucid dreams.
