An introductory post
Hi, I'm mostly making this post to hold myself accountable. I haven't stuck to dream exploration yet and have tried many times.
My first lucid dreaming priority is to deal with and understand my addictions and my fears. My biggest known addiction is a video game addiction. My biggest known fear is a fear of spiders.
My biggest interests are psychology and philosophy. My biggest interest in psychology is how we "learn" things, how we "understand" them. My biggest interest in philosophy is how "ideas" or "concepts" exists.
I have practiced several meditation techniques in preparation for dream exploration and as a worthwhile end-in-itself.
Not sure how to end this post. I'm bad with endings.

Welcome, Ebtn!
Your interests and goals sound quite similar to mine.
I have worked on a lot of different fears in lucid dreams and it's helped me a great deal in waking life, so I can definitely recommend it as a worthwhile pursuit!
If you'd like to record your progress and encourage yourself to stick to dreaming practices, you can start a workbook in the DreamViews Academy.
Good luck, and let us know if you need any guidance. :)
