Hi I'm new on this forum, and are really exited, to learn about lucid dreaming. :-)
I'm really excited to get started with lucid dreaming, cause I've never tried it before, at least not purposely.
I would also like to know, if anyone has good ideas to get started, or precautions about lucid dreaming. Cause I'm nervous and exited. As we all are, when getting out of the comfort zone :-)

Well, since you're starting now I recomend you to read out Where Start thread!
This is a nice place, you can make some friends and talk nonsense in The Lounge *wisper* Go to sensless banter */wisper* ;D
Or you can have a more serious approach in Beyond Dreaming
People will be helpfull, so don't be afraid to ask...
