Introducing Guido13
Hello all!
I want to introduce myself to this forum.
For many years, working as a psychotherapist, I have been interested in dreams and in lucid dreaming in particular. Did my homework: I read Hervey de Saint Denys, Van Eeden, Freud, Perls, Patricia Garfield, Stephen LaBerge, Tenzin Wangyal and many others. From time to time I made an effort, and had some very nice lucid dreams.
Now, I have decided to really go for it and join this forum to help me in my lucid dream work and maybe to share a few things I have learned. My aim is, to have at least two LD's every week. Since I joined, I already had one LD, using SSILD. I found it a very interesting technique, and I hope to learn more about it.
I am involved and very interested in the Dzogchen teachings an practices.
Now don't call me a "lurker" any more, you nightmarish bunch!
Yours sincerely,
Guido13

Welcome to the forum, Guido! A psychotherapist, you say? That sounds neat.
Awesome that you've decided to come here. And I've tried SSILD and got a lucid with it once. It sure is an interesting technique. See you around the site!
