Back!
Boy am I glad you guys still exist! Feels like ages ago, I was browsing your this while on break at one of my first jobs, getting pulled deeper into the idea lucid dreaming; it really captivated me! I spent a lot of time reading thinking trying to get it to work, and it ended up not happening much. But recently I've had a few which reminded me about this website!
I have just started keeping a dream journal again, and I find that having a regular activity in the morning and evening (I usually write a regular journal entry about things happening in my life before I go to sleep) creates a sense of regularity in my life. Not sure if that's good or bad, we'll see, but its certainly a change from the sporadic mess it has been lately!
Just wanted to say hi again, I hope there's still a great community here!

Welcome back! :gab:
Writing stuff down before you go to sleep is great, in my opinion. It can take a lot off your mind. So when you say you write things down that are happening in your life, do you mean what happened during the day? Or just your whole life in general?
Yes, there is still an amazing community here! :movingmrgreen: Hope you join us.

I wasn't old enough here to know you, so I hope we can start now.

Oh, usually whatever is on my mind because of that day. For example, if I saw something related to politics and it got me thinking about history, I may write about some idea I was thinking about comparing a modern candidate to a candidate from the 1960s or something like that. I don't tend to restrict myself to events of the day.. Very free-form haha but its quite relaxing.
ParanoidLlama I hope so too! I see you're quite popular around here. Which of course means you have good reason to be looking over your shoulder. ;)
And thanks Sparkley!
