Progress...
My dream recall is getting much better :D I have been taking a journal every morning and I think that is really helping.
For one thing, just looking at my journal is that I remember more and more with each recall. I am writing over a page worth about last nights dream but ny first few were only a few sentences...

Congratulations, Juggernaut! It's amazing what can happen so quickly when you put your mind to it. Have you thought about posting your dreams here on DV? You don't have to, but it's kind of fun to see what things happen with other people when they dream.
Keep up the good work.

I actually was thinking about posting them... I just need to open up to sharing the details of my dreams with others...
Plus last night's was rather x-rated... :D

Well, that's also why we have the "Private" option for DJ entries. Or you could leave those out, either way. :P

This will be great to post DJ openly. So that other poeople can know what other people see in their dreams.
Personally I have not good dream recall ability. But I have started self suggestion method to make me recall my dreams and I am clearly feeling that I am improving. :)

Congratulations
Your message is encouraging people like me who doesn't have any dream... Keep dreaming!
I have a dream journal too, but very few entries: once any two weeks or so... :(
But my dreams are definitely meaningful. To live them lucidly would be great.
Keep writing your dreams, any fragments of them!
