Talking of swimming - I have used the swimming motions/visualisation to get me/my dream body more into the dream enviroment a couple of times. I did it spontaneously because I had an earlier NL where I was in a pool - it helped ground me in the dream but haven't done it much...Someone like you who swims a lot may be able to use it to your advantage quite easily :)
