From what i have learned is that it wont happen over night. You have to stay patient and have a positive attitude (for dream recall). Try staying still when you wake up in the morning. try and lay there for 5-10 minutes and just try to remember anything. if you can think of one thing that happened in your dream you be more likely to work backwards and more of the dream will appear in front of you. And if you dont remember anything dont worry because your brain will start remembering because you are telling your telling your brain to subconsciously. i am no expert as i am new here but i have seen great gains in my dream recall by doing the steps above. |
