Once more, unto the breach!

Hello, hello!

I'm YROR - I started practicing lucid dreaming about 12 years ago after spontaneously having one (caused by a huge REM rebound after T in the Park music festival). I read LaBerge's book and practiced for about three years, having a good number of lucid experiences since then.

However later I packed it all in when I was in university because I had some very big fish to fry. That was about 8 years ago.

I picked up lucid dreaming again this year in February, and have now finally got my dream memory back to as good as it was the last time around. And this time I'm determined to get to the next level of ability.

Nice to meet you all, and looking forward to becoming an active member of the community. And also to attempting the tasks of the month :)
