Hi!

I've always been fascinated by LD since i started having natural LD when i was i 14. First it was quite terrifying since i had strong headache and had the sensation of being projected ou of my body. Luckily mi father is also a natural and have similar experience, in that way he explained me that it was a natural thing and that i shouldn't be worried.
Just as a curiosity anybody else has someone in their family who is also a natural?

At the moment i'm studying psychology at a bachelor lvl and working in a sleep lab for an internship. (we're working at a study interested in improving the quality of sleep through hypnosis).

You so lucky to have someone who is not only sympathetic about lucid dreams, but also able to help you. I don't know anybody personally who is a natural and I myself only learned about lucid dreaming and started to induce them 5 years ago.
