Saying Hello

Hello everyone! My name is Myron from London. I heard lucid dreaming couple of times in my friends conversations though, I never experience it(maybe).
I'm curious to know how lucid dreaming occur in person and aware that he is just dreaming. I'm hoping to find an answer here.

Every day, you experience the process of realizing you're awake. First you wake up from unconscious sleep or from a dream, then you notice you've woken up, then you realize you've woken up upon recalling what it's like to be awake and connecting this knowledge to what you're noticing.

Lucid dreaming occurs the same way, only you realize you're dreaming during a dream.
