Some help
Hello fellow dreamers.
Id just like to say im very well informed on what lucid dreams are and how to acheive it.
But heres the issue my dream recall is very bad you could say im trying to improve it at the momment. But i keep forgeting about the whole thing and start from scratch again. Im a medical student thats probably why i keep forgeting since it takes most of my time.
Any suggestions on how to keep on track with this thing?

Have you tried keeping a dream journal? If you keep it beside your bed, it may help you to remember to get into the habit of remembering your dreams.

Ive found a tip that helps me is before getting out of bed I try to remember as many elements of the dream as possible so I can store them in my conscious mind before my subconscious fades.

Welcome to the forum!
Keeping a dream journal obviously helps, but it's important to be consistent with your practice. So even if you don't remember any dreams, still write down something in your dream journal - whether it's just some small thing you remember, whatever emotion you felt when waking up, or even just "No dreams." The act of writing something - anything - in your dream journal consistently trains your brain to see recalling dreams as important, and over time you'll see your recall greatly improve.
Anyway, let us know if you have any other questions, and feel free to check us out in the IRC chat.
