Hi everyone

I am new to this forum and this website. I have to admit, I was ignorant of this phenomenon in other people....although I have experienced myself. For many years, I have had vivid dreams that I can remember, pretty much every night. I also have been able to control my dreams in certain ways. As in, what I do, or certain decisions I make in dreams. It does come in handy in times of nightmares. lol. I am curious, what does that say about me, that I can control or alter my dreams? What does that mean?

it just means...that you can control and alter your dreams. :lol:

while you are...in control of your dreams...do you know it's a dream? because I've had control in dreams before I even knew about lucid dreaming. all lucid dreaming is is knowing that you're dreaming, it has little to do with control.
