Hello people of Dream Views,
My name is Griffin.
I came across this forum on google after I had the wildest dream ever. I remember it so clearly, I was in the passenger seat of a car driving down a hill, it was pitch dark out but the sky was just milkyways and stars and a lot of galaxy looking stuff. Once I got down the hill I remember being in a sort of desert like area, after I walked a little bit I came across a HUGE slab of concrete on the ground, I stepped onto it and saw a smaller aluminum colored space ship land right in front of me, I saw two people coming out but I don't remember what happened after that.
Anyways I want to learn how to lucid dream because I already take 5mg of melatonin every night and my dream are always vivid and bright. I am not sure if I have had a lucid dream before but i'd like to experience them!

A lucid dream is just a dream where you know you're dreaming, so it should be easy to tell if you've had one before. But even if you haven't, we should be able to help you get there.
