First time, trying to dream

Hey all! My friend recently pointed me to this site, and I was blown away. It is now 4:00pm but that won't stop me, I REALLY want to dream. Does anyone have a tips for newBs? I have heard of many MP3s that help for first timers, which are the best? And most importantly, can anyone help me get into a lucid dream even though I have no sense of being tired? Thank you profusely for any help you can offer. Once I get experienced at this, I am going to study it and test it's imits (e.g. see how many people I can bring, change fundemental laws of the universe, etc.). Thanks again! :D :D :D

well everyone dreams its whehtere they rember them or not haveing a dreamjournal and writeing down the dreams you do rember helps and when u get ur dream recall up u might have lucid dreams welcome to dream views

THX for the welcome. I have very good dream recall and have been practicing dreaming whatever I want recently, but have not been able to get my dreams lucid :? . Any help?

Start perfroming regular reality checks. That is hwen you look at your surroundings and then quesiton if you are dreaming or if you are awake. try top put your finger through your hand, pinch your nose and brethe, and look at a clock. Most certinaly in a dream those thigns will not act the way they do in real life. ONce you have fialed one of those test, you will know you are dreaming :D
