Hello from The States!

What's up guys.

Wanted to join DV because I've recently had some unintentional lucid dreams. I used to induce lucid dreams all the time but sort of lost interest after a while. I am going to start keeping a dream journal again and want to get back into lucid dreaming.

Just wanted to make an intro so people know what's up when I start posting! Looking forward to talking to you guys.

I'm sure with more practice you will get to refine all those lucid moments and learn to use them to your advantage.

I highly recommend looking up and trying different visualization exercises that will train your brain to better control the elements of your experience.
