Greetings dreamers
Hello I'm mouz I'm 21 years old
I been able to remember my dreams sense I was kid and had alot of sleep paralysis as kid from age of 10 till now it's been a part of my sleep .
I got interested in knowing why it happens after taking about it with family, and nothing helped me stop or control it so I had this fear in the back of my head.
Then about a year ago I found out about lucid dreaming and dream control and found out that there is reason for my sleep paralysis all this time and I got interested in knowing more so I read 2 books about them and after 3 days of trying to lucid dream I was able to do it.
And i wanted to know more and talk about it with people that's why I'm here right now .
I'm interested in knowing about
meditation and mindfulness and yoga

Hey Mouz! Welcome to DV! :D
I've heard many many times about people having the fear of SP (sleep paralysis).
I can totally understand the fear. But from my perspective, it is something to be celebrated, not feared. From a lucid dreamer's perspective, SP can be a tool to enter a lucid dream.
Y'see, the method known as WILD (Wake Initiated Lucid Dream) sometimes involves SP, because we are putting our body to sleep and keeping our mind awake.
If I experience SP, I get excited because I know I can turn it into a lucid dream.
That's awesome you're interested in meditation, mindfulness and yoga. I recommend checking out sivason's Dream Yoga class in DreamViews Academy, as it takes lucid dreaming to the level of Yoga.
Out of curiosity, do you know of Sadhguru? He's an enlightened Yogi, and I think he's awesome.
