Greetings fellow wanderers

Greetings,
I got interested in LD a long time ago, achieved some very basic lucidity but was lazy about it and lost it.
Now I stumbled upon a book by B. Alan Wallace regarding Tibetan Dream Yoga and Lucid Dreaming and it rekindled my interest in LD.

My goal is to achieve lucidity with control without using techniques which sacrifice sleep quality (e.g. waking myself with an alarm clock multiple times per night or drinking coffee before going to bed). I am looking for something sustainable not just some weekend fun.

I am glad to be part of your community and I am looking forward to learning from experienced people.

I'm sure that if you read the book by Wallace, you have already encountered really interesting information in regards to awareness and how, if practiced correctly it can lead to lucidity itself.
In this case, I think what you are looking for are some threads on awareness and mindfulness.

One very good read is by our forum member Sageous in regards to mindfulness and how it relates to lucidity. I think you will enjoy your stay here and hope the best in your lucid journeys!
