      Hi all!

Hey guys and girls, my name is Jack and I'm a new lucid dreamer.

I started about 3 weeks ago, and after watching dozens of hours of youtube videos, I finally heard about you guys and came over here to find tips, friends, and most importantly, motivation. So this brings me to my first question: I've been doing WBTB with MILD and nightly meditation for 3 weeks now and my lucid dreams have been very random, and foggy at best. I'm sure I'm waking up at the right time because I've woken myself from dreams multiple times with that alarm, I just have no idea how to make my lucid dreams more frequent. Stabilization can come later. I'd appreciate any help I can get with this, and I hope to learn lots from this community!

      Jack

      Welcome Jack!

Sounds like you're off a good start, as you said, the first thing to focus on will be the quantity and then as more dreams arrive, you can work on improving the quality as well. I think for now, you have to stick to your chosen lucid dreaming technique until the practice becomes quite strong. As you keep doing it for a while, your lucid dreams will likely also increase.
Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.
