Hello Everyone, I've been interested in lucid dreaming for a long time now. I've had about 4 or 5 lucid dreams in my adult life but I've never been able to do it on command or with any kind of regularity. Usually I'll have one after a couple months of actively trying at it, eventually get distracted by life and forget. My goal is to be able to have regular lucid dreams. I'm committed to figuring this out and I think it would be awesome to talk to some people out there who already have some experience in the matter. Thanks for having me!
