Hii!

Hello! I'm a Swedish teenager and I study math and enjoy playing music on my guitar. I had some lucid dreams when I was a child. Me and my cousin started to explore lucid dreams and studied about it. We have tried it out in about 1 month now. Two days ago I had two lucid dreams in one night and I feel like I'm really on the right track. I find it very amusing reading your dream journals! I also love the tutorials in this forum, things I would never find out on my own, like how to stabilize a dream etc is all here just some clicks away. I look forward trying out all these different methods about how to lucid dream!

Haha, I just wrote some goals in my DJ yesterday! I can copy paste it here (the massage goal I set up some months ago and I already had some progress on it, but I want to have pleasant massage at least once):

DJ of lucid goals and how it goes
My goals with this journal are to get a better dream memory and help me focus on the things I want to dream about. Here are my lucid goals. After every goal I have a journal about how my progress is going.

1. Develop a habit to always start my lucidity with meditation and ponder, try to remember how the dream started if it was DILD. Make a plan what I am going to do in this dream and reflect about these goals.

2. Get massage
2020-04-07 I got massage but it was not pleasant at all. It felt like he was pinching me and it actually hurt.

3. Get a dream palace that I know every detail about.

4. Make my own box with all my lucid tools that always is in my pocket, for now I want it to include: a DC phone that can reach all my DCs with.

5. Create some permanent DCs that I can always reach with my DC phone.

I like these goals and the best things is, you can mix and match them as well. For example, get the permanent DC to lead you into a palace where you can have a massage :). For the palace, I would definitely have a room with some special features unique to that room. You can even have a mini animals collection in one of the rooms. All sorts of themes and so on.

Thanks for the incredible tips! I will definitely take inspiration from those. I would like a disco room with a funky DJ :)
