Hello everyone, I've been lucid dreaming for about 2+ years now. I'm not taking lucid dreaming that seriously anymore. I say this because I don't have a goal. I've been trying to lucid dream for longer but for that I need dream recall, which doesn't work with my inconsistent sleeping pattern that I do not want to fix. I would be motivated again if I could get a dream goal. Can someone suggest a good dream goal?
Welcome to the site! I also have a pretty inconsistent sleep schedule but manage alright recall - you can find really good advice in the DV Wiki.
Not sure if this would work for you but my goal for a while has been to become fully aware and thoroughly explore my surroundings - since I am fascinated to see what kind of environments my mind can create. Maybe you could try that? What are you thinking of a dream goal as? Things to try and experience in your dreams? Lucid abilities? Perhaps you could also try swimming and breathing underwater, if you haven't done that yet.

What kind of movies do you like? Maybe you would like to replicate/build on something you have seen there. I like the last Airbender, has plenty of element manipulation ideas to try!
