Hello, World!
hello, dreamviews forum! ive been interested in lucid dreams for years, actively practicing on-and-off. for a month or so now, ive gotten back 'on', and have managed about 2 & a half lucid dreams thus far. ive noticed my motivation waning again, so i have decided to make an account here, to further submerge myself in lucid dreaming-- there is only so many youtube videos of interest. id love to share my experiences, and likewise learn from others here! :dancingcow:

I just cannonballed into the forum and thought I'd say hi. I basically did the same, created an account to submerge myself in lucid dreaming and dreamers. Looking forward to sharing some lucid experiences with you. What was the last lucid dream you had? Mine was a micro lucid dream. I realized I'd slipped into dream state and thought "Ha ha! I'm lucid right off the bat!" I stood up from my bed and instantly plummeted through the floor. :armflap: Woke me right quick.

well, hi to you too! ouch, that sounds unfortunate. the last proper lucid dream i had was the most vivid dream id had for ages at the time-- i didnt think to do anything, though, so i just followed my dreamfriends around the shopping centre. i could see much better than i can in waking life, which is not something i often get in dreams, so it was pretty funky !

I've noticed I'm kind of just following the flow of lucid dreams lately too. it's a very strange but satisfying feeling being lucid but content to get swept along in the dream. Seeing better in dream is pretty funky.

im actually trying to work on going off to do my own thing, lately. i havent had a LD for a while though, so its just a little hard to practice!!! hehe
