Dreamcatcher the destroyer

To help me with my bad nights hallucinations my parents decided to get me one of those dreamcatcher things you hang up in a window. It has a string web housed in a circle with a black bead in the centre, and four lines of feathers dangling from the bottom.
With what has happened i was willing to try anything.
It actually seemed to work for about 3 months, then for about 10 days solid i had a bad hallucination every single night.

Then one saurday morning, i was getting ready to go to work, i was the only person in my room, and i walked out to go to the bathroom, and as i stepped out i heard a very loud bang. It sounded as if a stone had been thrown at the window, at first thats what i thought it was. As i went back in to see what the noise was i noticed there was a crack in my window on the inside payne. I have double glazing so that means nothing outside could have done it otherwise the outside payne would be smashed.
Then i noticed where the cracks were, they started from the middle, exactly behind where the dreamcatcher black bead was.
That freaked me out.

The repair man said he had never seen anything like it before, and could'nt put an explanation as to why an inside payne of glass would break.

This is seriously disturbing. Sounds paranormal to me.

Here's a thought; what if after soaking up 3 months worth of bad dreams, the dreamcatcher got so full, it just had to discharge and that's why your window broke? Hey--it's as good a theory as anything else!

In future, maybe you could do what shamans do with crystals they have used for healing work. Wash the dreamcatcher in salt water and hang in the sunshine to dry. This might dispell any lingering "bad boogies" still in the thing.

You must have some pretty powerful energy trying to work itself out via your dreams, my friend.

You could very likely have a paranormal and just because you are on these forums and probably do/think about LD's you might be more open to them..

Recently since I personally learned about LDs i can't stand to be upstairs in the living room/kitchen after 11:00 p.m. Things move constantly in my perihperal vision and they are just a coat or somthing and then somthing will move and it scares the hell out of me. I used a dreamcatcher since 8 years old and i haven't had a nightmare once since then. I have extremely good dream recall too.

I believe you could have either A. Dont some amazing PSI thing... B. Paranormal spirits are trying to hurt/trick you..

I would go try a meditation in your room and sit there and listen quietly. After 5 minutes or so if nothing happens whisper somthing random!!

I noticed something similar a few months before trying LDs. As much as possible, I try to avoid going out of my room after everyone else is asleep, particularly down the hall. I get a VERY strong sensation that there is a presence there and that I'm being watched. It's not even as scary as it is uncomfortable. I usually feel vulnerable and exposed--not a very good state to be in before falling asleep. I still have no idea what accounts for this.

I always feel like that once everyone is asleep. Its as if presences just invade the place.

Hard for me to do wilds at 3 in the morning.

Remember that what ever the "presesnces" are Ghost, Spirit, or whatever. They are in your house and like any other unwelcome Guest you have the right to kick them out of your home. through a window if needed.

I know windows and objects around them may crack due to changes in pressure and temperature(or manufacturer defects). But being as though my mom grew up in a haunted house (I should make a post stating what went on. Few examples, objects flying across the room, footsteps up and down stairs along with a bouncing ball, quite a few others.), I in all ways can beleive that it could be paranormal activity ; or just an amazing coincidence(which is doubtful..)

I never really have believed in stuff like that, but it is pretty cool to think about it. I also feel like there is something watching me when I am outside at night, or walking through my house when everyone else is asleep. If I dont believe in this stuff though, then why do I end up hurrying?
