hey all (and ramu too)
I'm new here, here is some stuff about myself....
-Me:I'm a 23 male that joined because im interested in trying lucid dreaming again....yea had control over my dreams for a while in the past but i can't do it anymore. So I'm still reading info on this website.
-Meditation:I have tried meditation in the past, I'm currently meditating every day after i get out of bed. Usually for about 10 or 15 minutes...i don't time it, i heard you're not suposed to. I'm not experienced or anything with meditation but its something that i try and like to do.
-Problems: I do have a problem.........for the last few months i have been having trouble sleeping, sometimes i sleep very little and i'm usually tired most of the day....not only that but i like i dont have energy for much. I dont want to see a doctor because i dont want to get hooked on sleeping pills....i'm trying to find a natural solution though.
-Hobbies: hmmm....i like art, i draw, i like anime and games, i also like outdoor activities (when its not cold that is...)....etc etc....what else?

Welcoem to Dreamviews James. As for you gettign very little sleep, do you have a regualr sleeping pattern? Try going to bed and waking up at the smae times, that could help regulate you. meditation is good too. Or you ocudl try doing some hard physical activity beofre bed so you tire yourself out.
