Dreams and projections!

Hi!
First i would like to say that i found this a very interesting site.i´ve been reading and searching the internet about dreams, their interpretations, techniques about lucid dreaming and astral projection.I like a lot of this subjects and some vivid dreams i´ve had just enlighten that necessity of knowing more!Of course i´m just a rookie, but a rookie who wants to explore and share experiences in order to achive higher levels of awareness and knowledge.Astral projection is of great interest to me, and i´ve been trying to achieve it(i didn´t yet, but something says to me that i´m not very far).I can relatively easy enter in a concentration state in which i almost stop feeling my body, my breath and other senses, then a vibrational state comes by and sometimes is very intense.(one of this times my eyes start moving very rapidly while closed and this lasts for a while).This is kind of r.e.m. i think, but i´m not sure.I always remember that eye movement as something new to me i´ve never experienced.I also feel like floating a little over my body but was not much...on my hands the feeling was more intense!As i say i´m begining to explore this states and i don´t know much yet.I also start to write my dream notes so i can recall the dreams( i read that this is very important in dream racall).
Well, i hope that other people share this and other experiences with me and i´m always open to sugestions in order to all of us can know a little more .

Sound like you are quite a natural at WILD. Have you read the tutorial yet? I wish it was that easy for me.

ok, i am bragging a little bit :)

I just wanted to say that i manged once to project in dream to an empty street in paris. I was 13 or 14 years old and I was having a lucid dream. I visualised a door frame which was looking into that street. I had an intention of going to paris before i went to bed. I am not sure if this counts as an astral projection, but the enviroment was so vivid. I still remember it (i'm 23 now) and i can describe you every detail. I have problem discerning was I really there or was it just a really, really vivid dream. Nothing like that ever happened again, but it's not like i was trying or anything.

In fact, in that age i was into magic and the ocult, but the only progress i was seeing was in the field of lucid dreaming. i don't belive in the occult anymore, but expiriences you get in dream aren't just an imagination or pretend-to-be, they are actual, although in your head, but that doesn't pose big problem to me, i think. :?:

anyways i just wanted to share my expirience so maybe someone more expirienced could give me a pointer or two about how am i to take this expirience. AP or lucid dream?

This forum is actually on LDing, & yes, LDs can be vivid, though you might want to keep the talk about the AP in the Beyond Dreaming section, as that is what that forum is there for!
