Hello!
Hello everyone. I'm new here. I've been reading the forum for a while but just decided to create an account.
I started becoming interested in Lucid Dreaming a month ago. I own "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen Laberge and "Lucid Dreams in 30 Days: The Creative Sleep Program" by Pamela Weintraub -- two very interesting books.
I'm currently working on my dream recall. I can recall about 2 or 3 dreams per night at the moment. I haven't had any lucid dreams yet, but I'm learning a lot from just recording dreams I have. I think it's all very amazing.
I use a "Dream Journal" book for jotting down notes of my dreams each morning, then at the end of the week I usually transfer it to an electronic copy on my computer which is more specific and written more like a story.
Anyway, nice to be here.
Take care,
D
