      MILD and WILD

I'm completely new here, but I've been lucid dreaming for a while now (about a year ago I had my first), but I have no idea what MILDs and WILDs are, so could anybody explain this all to me?

Welcome, try clicking on the 'Dream Views Index' link and then on the button labeled 'Induction Techniques' on the sidebar.

      Welcome on board!

There is a lot of info here on both. I am hoping we will have a tutorial for them soon.
