Long time dreamer, first time poster
Hello forum,
INTRO
Can remember audible sounds at the age of 6 and first truley lucid dreams at the age of 18, mostly dealing with flight and sex. Aside from a few articles in OMNI during the late 80's, I've had to learn on my own. Used to watch cartoons with the radio blareing for an hour, then listen to the cartoons in the dark for an hour to fall asleep. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didnt. Found napping to be very successful, but was too lazy to get back up:). Have left it up to fate the past 15 years and have had many, many lucid dreams, severals false awakenings(my personal favorite...kinda like a bonus dream), and a very few day dreams(fully conceious)...leaving me with a feeling of dizziness and nauseau(anyone else experience this?)

HI :!: Welcome oldschool to the forum :)
Sounds like you have a good history of LDs. Maybe some techniques can help you achieve them with greater certainty..
The daydreams are fascianting. I have no idea of what that could be.
Were experiencing sleep deprivation?
on any mind altering substances?
