Yup, though it's hard to do it intentionally. Time dilation is moderately common, though. I've never really been able to extend a dream a significant amount of time on purpose, but I have had a few LD's which lasted more than a few months of dream-time. This doesn't necessarily mean that the dream will be super vivid, or that your recall will be great. Since the mind extends dreams by skipping over details so the mind can process things faster, or even leaving out chunks of time and replacing it with vague memories instead of living our that time directly. For example, if you have a dream that lasts for the period of an entire month, you might not remember anything more than that you went camping on the second month in the dream. You won't be able to directly recall any specifics of the camping trip, only that you were there. When the mind does this, it can make the dream seem much longer.
And if you meant just extending the dream a bit longer when it begins to fade, this too is possible, but much easier. Spinning around is a top method, or try climbing through a mirror. Both help to maintain lucidity in a dream that's beginning to fade.

Yes, you can do so. There are varied techniques used to make the dream world come into focus more clearly--spinning is one, though I don't use it myself. What I do is just focus on detail; focusing on something will often bring it into greater clarity, prolonging the dream. I've often had the feeling of "running out of time", though, or sensed my real-life body lying in bed; so of course it's impossible to delay waking up indefinitely. Perhaps WILD-induced dreams, coming as they do at the beginning of a sleep period, are more easily prolonged?
Not always. It's good if you're extremely skilled at WILD, but for most people, after the 4-5 hours of sleep before WILDing, find it very difficult to keep asleep long. Still, once you become better at WILDing, you can do it without sleeping ahead of time. It isn't easy, and I've never become that good, but it is possible.

I then practiced a little in that, & it actually works. I could either extend the time to as long as I want it (one time, I faced my entire life in one night), or shorten the time (effective against the dreadfully boring Sundays), which makes it only seem like a few seconds, but is really 6 hours.
You have to LD alot, & practice alot to do it. Believe you can!!

When I was 3, I faced an insomnia spell, which lasted until 1AM, when I would eventually WILD into a LD (and yes, even then I knew I was dreaming, but had very little dream control), but I would wake up a lot, & sometimes even in SP (I actually never feared it). So it isn't always necessary to have to do WBTB to WILD, then again, I don't see a lot of people stay up for about 5 hours past their bedtime as a child, so I could be wrong.
