Hello everyone, I'm Xyla, very nice to meet you all and find a place where I can share my dreams with other people!
I'll tell you what I used to be able to do, before a dream started I could go into a room with screens on the walls and pic a dream, but I couldn't control the dream I picked and I always used to know I was in a dream but I couldn't control it!
I've joined to seek help in getting back my abilities and improving them!

That is great. Preemptive dreams. If you have that ability and then are able to achieve lucidity, you have it made.
Chances are you just were not aware that becoming awake in your dream was an option.

Welcome to Dv Xyla :D Dream Views is a Greta place to pick Up Lucid Dreaming again. that's how I found it. I used to LD when I was little, and then I want to pick it up :) You can always PM me or any of the other Dream Guides if you have any questions. Have fun here!

ooookkk i'll bite! How'd you do it? Maybe if you can do the technique successfully you could write your own PILD? (Picture Induced Lucid Dream?) muahah, that would be awesome haha ^_^

And another natural joins our crew! Even if the talent has waned, it should come back fairly easily with a little bit of work. If you can manage it, I'd suggest even trying to make it so that one of your selections includes a lucid dream, perhaps one in which you do a reality check. I'm not sure if they work that way for you, but it's worth a try.
