New here, don't really know what to do.
I don't know if this is where i would post this but I just joined today, 15 years old, into punk rock against the government and what not, so hey everyone.
1) Is there anythin i should do to get ready for a dream. like a preamble to ensure that i have one?
2) It seems like when i am not aware i am in a dream, but am aware of what is going on everythin is hazy and moves to fast for me to grasp whats happening (eg. ill have a quick conversation, then zoom to a new spot, forget what just happend and where i am then have another conversation.) how do i clear up the imagary of my dream, or is it possible?
3) I remember when i was like 5 i would have nightmares everynight, so when i learned to overcome them (the only times i think i ever had a lucid dream) i just stopped having dreams altogether. i just started remembering my dreams recently after watching waking life, and expanding my mind other ways. will it be too hard for me to start having intense, realistic dreams again, or will they always be hazy and non-rememerable.
if anyone can answer these questions that would be great to start me off
thnx ~Little Red~

Hey there & welcome to the forum!
1) Try keeping a journal. That will help alot. Also, there is a tutorial section on here that can get you started as well.
2) To clear the haziness, you might have to grasp control of the dream, which is easiest done once you become Lucid.
3) Hopefully not, but as I said b4, a DJ can really help you here.
Hope that all helps, & if you have any other questions, ask away!!
