Well, yesterday I did the HILD technique, without even thinking it would even work or not. I just did it to try it. Funny thing, my sister and mother were upstairs arguing and yelling at eachother while I was doing it, and I wasn't phased by them a bit, I just continued on. And the following night, I had FOUR distinct dreams. None of them lucid, but four distinctly different dreams.
But I failed in the manner of writing them down quickly, because I was so lazy in the morning. But I still captured most of what I dreamed about, surprisingly. It was really amazing.
Anyways, yeah, I'm new here. :-P heh. I first started writing down dreams back in 2001, and have over 200 written down from then to now. Yeah, I should have a lot more, but I only wrote down the dreams I liked, or that made me feel good.
Of course now I'm almost into the habit of writing down every nights dreams, because I realize the importance of that for achieving lucidity.
