LUCID PARALISIS***
FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO HAVE LUCID DREAMS. I CAN REMEMBER ALL MY DREAMS EVERY NIGHTS, A GOOD 2 OR 3 OF THEM AND I ALWAYS WAKE UP GETTING MAD THAT I DONT REALIZE IM DREAMING. BUT THE WIERDEST THING HAPPENED THE OTHER NIGHT WHEN I TRIED TO GO TO SLEEP. I HAD BEEN OUT ALL NIGHT PARTYING WITH MY BUDDIES AND WHEN I GOT HOME I WAS REALLY TIRED. SOMETIMES WHEN I TRY TO GO TO BED I CAUGHT MYSELF FALLING ASLEEP. I REALIZE IM FALLING ASLEEP WHEN EVERYTHING GOES BLACK AND I WAKE UP REAL FAST LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED BUT THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT. I FELT MY BODY STARTING TO FALL ALSEEP AND THIS VOICE IN MY HEAD SCREAMED OUT " YOUR DREAMING" AND IT SCARED ME SO I TRIED TO JOLT MYSELF TO WAKE UP BUT WHEN I DID I WENT INTO SLEEP PARALISIS, IT DIDNT REALLY SCARE ME WHICH I SUPRISED ME CUZ IM A PRETTY NERVOUS PERSON AND LIKE I SAID ABOVE I EVEN GET SCARED WHEN I CATCH MYSELF FALLING ASLEEP, SO MY QUESTION IS HOW DO I MAKE MYSELF REALIZE IM DREAM AFTER I ACTUALLY FALL ASLEEP RATHER THAN WHEN IM FALLING ** ASLEEP?? ANY ANSWERS

First of all, welcome to the forums! And just a word of advice, if I may - can you please not type in all caps - it gives the impression that YOU ARE SCREAMING. See what I mean?
Anyway, reality checks are a good way to realize that you're dreaming once you're already asleep. Also, establish some common dream signs to alert you that you're dreaming (for example, if you dream you are flying, it can be a dream sign that signals to you that you're dreaming). There is more info about reality checks and dreams signs in the tutorials, and I would recommend reading through all of them - they are quite helpful.
