Noticed Something New In My Dreams!

I dont know if this is a breakthrough or not, but i happened to notice how vivid the colors were in my dreams last night. I dont recall my dreams ever being that colorful before. I have been doing a lot to help me along these passed four days now. I have started logging what I remember of my dreams every morning, doing my waking reality checks and falling asleep to me chanting to myself " Is this a dream"? I have been recalling my dreams with much ease already and I think I may have tried a reality check in a dream last night. Is it possible that I am well on my way to a lucid dream already? Is it possible to move along so quickly? :D

Congrats! Yes, you are moving along nicely. Many people see a great improvement within a few days or weeks of keeping a journal. Keep up the good work!

I know what you mean about the colors! Sometimes they almost hurt they are so vivid! :D
