You are on the right path!
You should get the book 'Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming' by Stephen LaBerge! Also, read the TUTORIAL forum. From all this you should use the techniques that work for you, and even develope your own!
see ya 'round.
Sounds like you are doing it. Even a second counts as a lucid dream. I look forward to reading your first full-blown experience!
I guess thats a good first step.Next time stay calm and then believe its your world and try moving you dream body around like exercising or somethin like that until you can get it to do what ever you want it to do.
Well, it happens now and then that I am conscious right before I wake up, but that is still about 2-5 seconds. But I am still working with my dreaming, and I hope I could have a real lucide- dream soon.Quote:

there's several things that make you wake up, but they're different for anyone... it could be the excitement from beeing lucid, or you closed your eyes while you where jumping around cheering for yourself, etc.
Bwahaha! I have surpassed you with my 3 second lucid dream!! *starts laughing madly*
Anyway, as far as I can tell your on the right track so keep on keepin on! :goodjob:
Do you by any chance get some sort of comision for every book of his you sell? That seems about right...Quote:

Oh did i mention that my mom is Martha Stewart?
Hmm... I had a lot of lucid dreams... it really sucks because all this talk of how "good" and "blah" lucid dreams are... mine weren't any good :( ... I couldn't do ANYTHING!! wah... I like regular dreams that I do stuff in becuase for one, I think they are real and it doesn't make me mad that I could never do it in real life... also, umm, usually I can do more stuff in non-lucid dreams...
I think the only reason I say this is because I never had a vivid lucid dream. I REALLY have to get back into this!! I haven't been doing much (much=anything) to induce a lucid dream. I keep imagining how lucky you guys are having your "super vivid" lucid dreams that you can do anything and have super vividness and clarity and everything. That would be awesome!!!
